St. Mary’s Diplomat Staff Writer Aeymann Anwar has reached the 20-story milestone on his last day of regular classes, April 25th. Anwar is the only senior currently on staff, and his departure will be keenly felt by his fellow journalists. Over the course of the year he has covered everything from the arts,, sports, and general news. This is only his second year at the school, and he states that “The paper allowed me to get to know people in a more meaningful way.” Anwar explained that he will treasure his time as a reporter. “The experience has allowed me to get to know the school and my fellow students in ways I was not able to do before.”
After graduation he will be attend San Diego State University in the U.S.A. to pursue an undergraduate degree in chemistry.
