Security and intelligence expert Dr. Elizabeth Manak is stopping by campus to partake in a Q and A about careers, pathways, and her personal experiences in international security, governments, and world politics. Throughout her career, she held various positions throughout the U.S. Government, including Deputy National Intelligence Officer for the Near East and South Asia, and Deputy Director for Intelligence in the Department of Energy. She also served abroad as an intelligence adviser to U.S. Ambassadors. Dr. Manak holds a Ph.D. in South Asian History and an M.A. in African History.
