The St. Mary’s Cross Country team had a rewarding season. On October 26th, the team went to Tama Hills for their last meet of the season. Unfortunately, the week before, the team did not do well during the Asia Pacific Invitational races due to a lot runners getting injured or sick the week before the race. The team aimed for a comeback during the Kanto Finals.
St. Mary’s placed 3rd overall and frustratingly losing to CAJ by 1 point. CAJ scored 73 points while St. Mary’s scored 74 points. In the varsity race, 3 runners placed in Top 15 : Yuto T. (’27), Franklin R. (’25) and Mughil RK (’26). They were awarded for a medal for their acheivment.

Mughil RK (’26) – 14th place
St. Mary’s did exceptionally well in the open race with 5 runners placing in top 10. Overall, the team had a good season although there were some runners with injuries and sickness. “This season was so much fun,” said Tyler D. (’27).
