Applications for the 2026 Summer School Assistant program are now open! This is a great opportunity for students who want to gain experience working with younger students while helping teachers during the summer program.
Summer School Assistants help with classroom activities, support teachers, and supervise students during recess or outdoor activities. It’s a good chance to build responsibility, leadership skills, and experience in an educational environment.
A reference from a teacher or coach is recommended but not required. Selected assistants will need to complete an online child protection module, attend a safeguarding training session, and sign a Summer School Assistant Agreement before the program begins.
