Only three days into school, and the St Mary’s volleyball team is complete. The tryout was held on Wednesday, August, 27 at the gym.
The varsity team consists Noah Brooks (12), Joe Tobita (12), Ramon Hirose (12), Arnav Jain (12), Teruma Kawakubo (10), Ty Rivera de Leon (11), Takao Suzuki (11), Michi Sakurai (11), Tomas Pinto (11), Ricky Dale (11), Joshua Knipfing (10), and Sido Akiyama (9).
While the JV team consists Benjamin Finger (10), Kaito Parsons (11), Yuki Fujinami (11), Joshua Matthew (11), Ginta Fujinami (11), Shuma Kawakubo (9), Rafael Nagata (9), Ireneus Hieromini (11), Kota Brigham (9), Jayden Tan (9), Arihant Lisha (10), and Mark Li (10).
The volleyball team had their first home game on September 9, unfortunately, both JV and Varsity team lost to CAJ. However, both teams beat St Maur the next day, making their record 1-1.
On the behalf of the St Mary’s community, we hope St Mary’s 2025-26 volleyball team will be just as successful and victorious like last season. Let’s Go Titans!
